In places where the airflow is nule, the inner temperature in the silos and warehouses keeps the grain natural humidity inside condensing afterwards. The drops, when falling upon the crops, start the harvest decomposition.

If controlled the inner heating problems such as condensation, smell, gases, fungus, loss in reproduction and the presence of insects are eliminated. Grains that have been stored with a high percentage of humidity get the value they originally have back.

The heat produced by the grains is the key element that “attracts” the external cold air. The colder external air “pushes” the inner hot air thus provoking air circulation in the premise.

This airflow eliminates the elements responsible for grain decomposition therefore allowing them to stay stored for a longer period of time.

Consequently the system controls the levels of humidity and heat, which are the biggest responsible for storage problems, not to mention the fact that it helps early germination of grains.

Robert´s equipments are designed to dry the grains even after they have already been exposed to excessive humidity recommended or acquired during storage.

The equipment performance results in less than 1% loss of product stored. No maintenance costs needed due to the lack of mobile parts.

Robert´s guarantees strict attendance in all the installation stages with an specific project designed for each individual case.
